This fall, join us for a soulful weekend getaway that blends the art of cooking with the healing power of nature, creativity, and connection.
Hosted in the serene setting of the Meadowlark Motel, the Spoon & Soul Mini-Retreat invites you to reconnect with your body and spirit through food, movement, journaling, and fireside conversation.
Whether you're a seasoned foodie or a curious beginner, you'll find something to awaken your senses and nourish your soul.
What to Expect
Over the course of two peaceful nights and three grounded days, you'll enjoy:
- Hands-on cooking classes with Chef Ofri Gilan
- Nourishing farm-to-table meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast)
- Morning yoga and nature walks in the mountains
- Creative expression sessions like journaling, painting, or poetry
- Evening gatherings: sound bath, bonfire, or stargazing
- A supportive, small-group setting that honors rest, play, and transformation
