You can easily find it across from the entrance to the famous Ghost Town theme park. Tony’s Tube World is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in season, which usually runs from mid-December through spring. You do not need to bring your own tubes – they will supply them, and in fact, they require you to use their equipment.

Tony’s Tube World requires that you sign a waiver prior to enjoying snow tubing at their location. You can save some time by having this waiver form already filled out and signed by the time you get there. You can download it from their website. Reservations are highly recommended since snow tubing is one of the most popular activities in western NC.

Children are allowed at Tony’s Tube World, but there is a height requirement of at least 42 inches. Children below that height won’t miss out on the fun, though, because they do offer a children’s area called the Wee Bowl.
