David’s career began in the vibrant music scene of Memphis, Tennessee, where he performed in rock venues and blues clubs on Beale Street. His versatility as a musician has led him to play with various groups, including original bands, cover bands, and church ensembles, gracing stages across hundreds of clubs and churches. Notably, he has opened for renowned acts such as The Kentucky Headhunters, John Anderson, Bellamy Brothers, and Afro Man.

Beyond performance, David is an accomplished educator, having taught at the esteemed Howard Vance Guitar Academy in Memphis, where he instructed up to 70 students weekly. His academic pursuits in classical guitar have further enriched his musical expertise.

Currently residing in Black Mountain, North Carolina, David continues to share his passion for music through regional performances and as the lead guitarist for the Tricia Ann Band.
