Notably\, he has opened for renowned acts such as The Kentucky Headhunters\, John Anderson\, Bellamy Brothers\, and Afro Man. \nBeyond performance\, David is an accomplished educator\, having taught at the esteemed Howard Vance Guitar Academy in Memphis\, where he instructed up to 70 students weekly. His academic pursuits in classical guitar have further enriched his musical expertise. \nCurrently residing in Black Mountain\, North Carolina\, David continues to share his passion for music through regional performances and as the lead guitarist for the Tricia Ann Band. \nDon’t miss this opportunity to experience David Hekking’s rich musical tapestry in the intimate setting of the Meadowlark Speakeasy.
